A Generous Donation of Land

702 Camano Avenue, Langley

Our heartfelt thanks go out to Sara Stevenson and Richard Queen (Howdy Podner Builders, LLC) for their generous donation of land for WILL’s cottages!

The property, located at the corner of Camano Ave. and Edgecliff Dr. in Langley—right next door to the THINC tiny house development—will accommodate six small cottages. Preliminary work is already underway.

We’ll continue to share progress updates, including calls for volunteers and details about the residency application process.

Once again, we extend our sincere appreciation to Sara and Richard for helping make additional affordable housing a reality for our South Whidbey community.
